Kadir Cortés

Kadir Cortés is an attorney and notary public and a partner at R. Loría Abogados. He has practiced law since 2002, building a career focused on civil, commercial and labor litigation, as well as alternative dispute resolution. He works primarily with mid-sized companies and individual Costa Rican and foreign clients who require court representation or preventive legal counsel in these areas, and he is equally comfortable acting as a strategic advisor before a conflict arises or as an advocate once proceedings are underway.
